2.3 Media (Photos and Videos)

Collection and Storage

  • Our Service allows users to capture and store photos and videos during events.
  • By default, all media is stored locally on the user's device.
  • Photos may contain metadata including timestamps, device information, and location data if location services are enabled.

User Responsibility for Consent and Privacy

  • Since all photos and videos are stored locally on users' devices, users are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent before taking photos/videos of others.
  • Users must comply with all applicable privacy laws and respect others' rights regarding their image and likeness.
  • If someone withdraws consent for photos/videos containing them, it is the user's responsibility to delete the relevant media from their device.
  • We do not have access to locally stored media and cannot enforce deletion requests.
  • Users should consider privacy implications before taking photos of others.

Media Deletion

  • Local device deletion: Media is stored in the app, and can be deleted directly in the app. Media is also stored by default in the user's Photos app, and must be deleted there separately by the user.

Data Retention and Deletion

  • Local media remains on user devices until manually deleted by the user.

2.4 Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use third-party services to analyze app performance and user behavior:

  • Firebase: Analytics data, device information, crash reports, performance metrics, installation and first open data.
  • Sentry: Error and crash reports, device information when crashes occur, stack traces, and performance monitoring data.
  • Mixpanel: User interactions, event data, usage patterns, user journey analysis, and custom event tracking.

2.5 Data Retention

We retain different types of data for varying periods:

  • Account Information: Until you delete your account
  • Media Files: Until manually deleted by the user
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely
  • Support Communications: Indefinitely, for customer service purposes
  • Payment Information: Indefinitely, as required by financial regulations

2.6 Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects information such as your IP address, browser, device type, and pages visited. This data helps us improve site performance and user experience.

When you download our app through app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play), those platforms may collect additional information according to their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing:

We do not control or have access to data collected directly by these platforms.
